Classes and Camp
Yoga and Nature Summer Camp 2025 Ages 6 - 10 Held in a nature filled, small farm setting in Barrington! Just a few moments from the Lee traffic circle! June 23rd-26th from 9:00 to 1:00 Mon through Thur $215 per child Please note that our program will be outside as much as possible with the options of a screen porch and screen tent. Children's Chair Yoga For Schools and Distance learners Grades K-3
Eight yoga classes to help students learn skills to cope and navigate their world. Designed for schools to implement in the classroom and also offer to their students learning from home. Each class is 30 minutes or under to easily fit into your busy day. $160 for one classroom of up to 20 students. Designed to help children cope with the stressors of the modern world they live in through movement, breath, and fun. Yoga With Goats at Jenness Farm
Not available at this time. Adult yoga classes are accessible to all levels, while still challenging the body and mind. Stretch, strengthen, and relax the body and mind with playful and adorable goats! Each class begins with a breathing and centering exercise. Breath and movement are then paired together as you strengthen, stretch, and relax the mind and body. Each class ends in a relaxation or short guided meditation. Often the goats’ energy level mimics the activity in class, other times it does not. Either way, you are sure to smile a lot! We are sure that you will leave feeling better than when you came in!
